Copyright & Content Removal

Trekkr.life respects intellectual-property rights and expects our users and the businesses we list to do the same. If you believe content on Trekkr infringes your copyright, here is how to tell us and what we will do.

1.Respect for intellectual property
Do not upload, submit or share content on Trekkr that you do not have the right to use. Businesses that submit listings are responsible for owning or licensing every photo, logo, description and other material they provide.
2.Reporting alleged infringement
If you own (or are authorized to act for the owner of) a copyrighted work you believe appears on Trekkr without permission, send us a written notice that includes:
- A description of the work you say is infringed;
- The exact location (URL) of the material on Trekkr.life;
- Your name, address, email and phone number;
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3.Where to send a notice
Email your notice to hello@trekkr.life with the subject line “Copyright Notice”.
4.What we do with a notice
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material. We may notify the person or business who posted it so they have a chance to respond.
5.If your content was removed
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may reply to our notice with an explanation and evidence of your right to use the material, and we will review it.
6.Repeat infringers
We may remove listings and suspend or terminate the accounts of users or businesses who repeatedly infringe others’ intellectual-property rights.
7.Business-submitted images and content
By submitting images, logos, text or other material to Trekkr, a business confirms it owns or is licensed to use that material and grants Trekkr permission to use it in connection with their listing and our promotion of the Service. See our Terms of Use.
